View answerThe correspondence in question relates to proposals to amend the Building Control Regulations which were the subject of an extensive public consultation process earlier this year and which are currently being finalised in light of that consultation My Department is engaging directly with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) in relation to the specific concerns raised.
