Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the reason he has failed to reply to South Dublin County motion querying the Courts Service's failure to collect £239,000 in outstanding fines for litter offences over the past seven years; the measures he now intends to take to recoup this revenue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
