259. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Finance in relation to the future of a company (details supplied) in Dublin 12, if all credit balances will be reimbursed to customers of this company. [52955/12]
View answerI have been advised by the Central Bank that, on 16 April 2012, an official liquidator was appointed to the company mentioned by the Deputy. As such, it is the responsibility of the liquidator to establish the amounts owed to each customer of the company and to distribute accordingly. I have no role with regard to such distribution.
