363. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Social Protection if and when an application for rent allowance will be issued in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [52293/12]
View answerThe person concerned made an application for rent supplement on the 24th September 2012. He returned information to the Department on the 4th November. His rent however remains in excess of the appropriate limit and has been subsequently refused. The person concerned did also not provide all of the necessary information required to complete his application.
