I propose to take Questions Nos. 240 and 249 together.

The Health Service Executive publishes its Performance Report every month. The Report provides an overall analysis of key performance data from Finance, HR, Hospital and Primary & Community Services. The activity data reported is based on Performance Activity and Key Performance Indicators outlined in the HSE National Service Plan 2012. A Supplementary Report is also produced each month which provides more detailed data on the metrics covered in the Performance Report.

The September Performance Report is now available on the HSE website at the following link - http://www.hse.ie/eng/services/Publications/corporate/performancereports/2012pr.html

A financial overview setting out budgets to date and actual expenditure to date is available on page 6 of the Report while a more detailed analysis by Region and Programme is set out in the Supplementary Report.
