484. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment for derogation 2012 will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [53717/12]

The person named has recently been advised of the success of his derogation application under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme. Payment will issue shortly, directly to the nominated bank account.
