Deputy Gerald Nash asked the Minister for Health the number of home help staff employed directly by the Health Service Executive to provide home help services in County Louth in 2011 and 2012; the average hourly rate paid to home helps in the county who work directly for the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
