650. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Health the extent to which an alleged incident reported on the 23 of March resulted in one of the parents being deprived of visitation rights in respect of their children in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; if charges have been preferred or are pending; if further action is contemplated in this case; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that my Department has been in contact with the Deputy seeking further information in relation to this incident. Without this clarification it is not possible for me to answer this question. Once this information is is provided or an alternative question is tabled I will be happy to deal with this matter or have it referred to the Minister for Justice or the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if it is more appropriate to their Department.
