416. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be paid their 2012 disadvantaged area payment and single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [55519/12]
View answerAs the person named does not hold any Single Payment entitlements, no payment is due under this Scheme.
As regards the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme, it was not possible to process the application because of issues relating to the validity of the herd number declared. My Department has been in direct contact with the person named with a view to clarifying this aspect and the application cannot be further processed until this is resolved.
