429. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the outcome of an appeal on disadvantaged area scheme refusal will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if the appeal will prove successful. [55616/12]

The derogation application of the person named has been successful. The 2012 Disadvantaged Areas Scheme application was further processed and recently finalised, with payment shortly due to issue to the nominated bank account.
