View answerAll maintenance grant approved for this academic year by Student Universal Support Ireland will be paid by electronic funds transfer on a monthly basis directly to students' bank accounts, rather than by cheque to the relevant college. When a students entitlement to a maintenance grant is established for the full academic year 2012/13 and an award has been made, he or she will be paid the appropriate number of instalments, including any instalments due since the commencement of the academic year.
