The relevant Council is the Justice and Home Affairs Council. From 9 March 2011 to date, there have been 14 meetings of this Council. This includes three informal meetings of Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs. I have attended 13 of the 14 meetings and my colleague, the Minister of State, Deputy Kathleen Lynch, attended an extraordinary meeting of the Council in May 2011.
