Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to the external review of Student Universal Student Ireland that is to be carried out, the persons who will be carrying out this review; the terms of reference for the review and the time period within which the review is to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Arrangements are currently being made to issue a request for tender to engage the requisite expertise to carry out the external review referred to by the Deputy. The terms of reference for the review are currently being finalised.

The proposed timeline for completion of the review is March 2013.
