Deputy Anne Ferris asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources further to Parliamentary Question No. 335 of 25 October 2011, if he will direct that agencies under his remit (details supplied) provide the information required, inclusive of the year 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI wish to advise that following the Deputy’s previous Parliamentary Question No. 335 of 25 October 2011, I had requested the bodies under the aegis of my Department to provide the information sought in relation to details of Junior and Senior Counsel engaged over the period 2006-2011, directly to the Deputy. I have now requested the bodies under the aegis of my Department to respond directly to the Deputy with the information for the year 2012. In light of the Deputy’s further question, I have also asked for confirmation that the information requested previously was provided.
