View answerThe Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service of my Department has not ceased to process applications made pursuant to the provisions of the European Communities (Eligibility for Protection) Regulations 2006, i.e. applications for subsidiary protection. As a result, the issue of when such processing might re-commence does not arise.
