790. Deputy John Lyons asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will provide an update in relation to the review of the drugs treatment courts; when the review will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1405/13]
View answerThe Support and Advisory Committee for the Drug Treatment Court was established following a series of recommendations in 2010 on the operation of the Court and comprises representatives of each of the agencies involved with the Court. The Committee has undertaken a detailed evaluation of the court's operation and is in the process of completing some final enquiries which are due to be submitted to my Department in the near future. I will consider this issue further when all of the information is to hand.
