Deputy Sandra McLellan asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the numbers of persons whose medical cards have been replaced by general practitioner cards who cannot afford to purchase their medication; if he will provide a breakdown of the number of persons whose medical cards have been replaced by GP only cards; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
