Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health if it is possible for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary to receive treatment or even an initial assessment as an outpatient at the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dún Laoghaire pending the availability of an inpatient bed.
