Deputy Joe Higgins asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that HomeBond reported a surplus of €25 million following the launch of the HomeBond insurance backed guarantee; and if he will consider measures to appropriate this surplus for pyrite remediation.
