761. Deputy Simon Harris asked the Minister for Health if the drug, Kalydeco, will be available to patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5114/13]
View answerDr. James Reilly, Minister for Health announced, on the 1st February 2013, that Kalydeco, a new innovative medicine for the treatment of cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients who have the G551D mutation, will be made available for patients in Ireland from the 1st of March.
