819. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health if the Health Service Executive has incurred any costs in sending epilepsy patients abroad for treatment; the extent of any such costs; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5441/13]
View answerThe Health Service Executive has confirmed that the following figures relate to the number of patients with Epilepsy who have availed of treatment under the provisions of the Treatment Abroad Scheme. These figures relate to patients who have been identified as having Epilepsy but in some cases other illnesses were present.
