879. Deputy Joe McHugh asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will release any correspondence between the Marine Survey Office and a company (details supplied) in County Donegal, arising from the inspection of a boat that is owned by a company; if he will release any correspondence that may be relevant to the boat; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A request for this correspondence was received by the Marine Survey Office of my Department under the Freedom of Information Act 1997 and 2003. A decision was made to refuse the request under the terms of the Act.
