View answerThe company referred to by the Deputy is one of a number of companies engaged in the parallel importation of drugs and medicines into the State. There is disagreement between the companies and the HSE with regard to the pricing of the products involved.
As this matter is currently the subject of litigation, I cannot comment any further.
