An application under the 2012 Single Payment Scheme was received in this case on 6 November 2012. The closing date for submission of applications under the 2012 Scheme was 15 May 2012. However, following the submission of an appeal, it has now been possible to accept the application in view of the exceptional circumstances involved and payment is due to issue shortly. The person concerned is being advised of this positive outcome.
