583. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he received a submission from an organisation (details supplied) dated 7 February 2013 in relation to the penalty points system and Section 63 of the 2010 Road Traffic Act; his views on the submission; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
