View answerThe person named has been a participant in REPS 4 since 1 August 2009 and has received payment for the first three years of the contract.
Under the EU Regulations governing the Scheme and other area-based payment schemes, a comprehensive administrative check, including cross-checks with the Land Parcel Identification System, must be completed before any payment can issue. These checks have been completed in respect of 2012 and I expect payment to issue to the person named shortly.
