Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the total number of participants on the local training initiative in 2012; the total number of participants aged under 25 years and the total number aged under 25 years and unemployed for 12 months prior to participating in the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
