Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for Finance if he will consider reviewing the recent decision on mortgage interest relief in the budget and allow persons to claim the relief on the whole of their mortgage, as long as they started drawing down the mortgage; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
