View answerAt the time of its establishment in 1997, the Moriarty Tribunal engaged Doyle Court Reporters to provide a 'real time' stenography service in relation to its proceedings. This included the provision of sufficient copies of the transcripts to the Tribunal for its own purposes. In accordance with the normal practice, copyright of the transcripts resided with the stenography company, who could separately charge other parties for copies of transcripts.
