As part of a review of the person’s continuing entitlement to disability allowance certain issues came to light. The person’s application has been disallowed on the grounds that he failed to show that his means did not exceed the statutory limit allowed for disability allowance purposes. In addition the applicant failed to supply documentary evidence required to establish his residency. He was notified in writing of this decision on the 1 February 2013 and of his right to appeal to the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office.
