Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his plans to ensure that unemployed construction workers will be able to access the jobs that will be created as a result of the new water metering scheme that is being introduced nationwide; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
