125. Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reasons for the hold up in granting approvals for forestry planations in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13496/13]
View answerIn the absence of specific details of the applications that are considered to be unduly delayed it is not possible to comment further on the matter. If the Deputy wishes Forestry Division in Wexford will contact him to obtain a list of such cases with the relevant details of the persons affected and I will be happy to have the matter investigated further.
