Officials in my Department have confirmed with Student Universal Support Ireland that the student referred to by the Deputy has had his application reviewed and he was subsequently awarded the non-adjacent rate. A revised award letter issued on 18th February 2013.
I understand that a revised rate of payment was issued to the student referred to by the Deputy on 13th March 2013.
