289. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform his views on whether legislation will be required to change the pay and conditions of public servants if the Croke Park II agreement is approved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14934/13]
View answerAs noted in the proposals issued by the Labour Relations Commission following an intensive period of negotiations between public service employers and the Public Services Committee of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, significant elements, including those relating to remuneration and working hours, will require legislation.
