Written answers

Under the provisions of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012, the new National Driver Licensing Service is operated by the Road Safety Authority (RSA). I have therefore referred this question to the RSA for direct answer, and I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a reply has not been received within ten days.
