View answerDecisions affecting privately owned land are a matter for the individual owners or commonage shareholders to resolve with any person, who may be trespassing on their land. My Department has no role in this matter in relation to private land and the owners or commonage shareholders should seek legal advice to ascertain what remedies are available to them against trespassers.
