View answerAn application under the 2012 Single Payment/ Disadvantaged Area Scheme was received from the person named on 8 April 2013 with accompanying medical evidence relating to the late submission. The closing date for receipt of the 2012 Single Payment/ Disadvantaged Area Scheme application was the 15 May 2012.
Having considered the medical evidence it has been decided to accept the late application on an exceptional basis and payments related to the application will issue as soon as possible.
