283. Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Finance in the plan to move the Revenue Commissioners payroll from Ennis to the Shared Services Centre in Killarney, if there are any proposals to redeploy staff from Tralee; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16628/13]
View answerThe Department of Public Expenditure and Reform have advised my Department that the Revenue Commissioners, the Department of Justice and Equality and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform are currently examining the feasibility of migrating the Revenue Commissioners' payroll function to the Department of Justice and Equality (Financial Shared Services Centre). They have also advised my Department that the feasibility study has not yet been completed and accordingly no decision has been taken on the matter.
