Deputy Shane Ross asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 204 of 26 March 2013, if he has now had time to peruse the documentation and decided on the appropriate vote for each of the resolutions individually due for decision at the Bank of Ireland AGM on 24 April 2013; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm for the Deputy that my Department is in the final stages of its review of the relevant documentation. As previously stated, the ultimate voting decision will be based on the assessment of the best interests of the State and to maximise the return to the taxpayer of the funds invested in the Bank.
