922. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the arrangements being put in place by An Garda Síochána and the Revenue Commissioners whereby it is proposed that the Gardaí will be allowed to use seized vehicles; the way this will work and what exactly is being proposed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
