Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide details in tabular form by authority and year of the amount of revenue raised by local authorities in commercial rates during the years 2005 to 2011; the rate struck by each of the authorities for those years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Detailed information in relation to the amount of revenue raised from commercial rates and the annual rates on valuation set by local authorities is set out in the following tables. Commercial rates revenue data is sourced from audited local authority Annual Financial Statements. 2010 is the latest year for which audited information is available. Annual rate on valuation data is sourced from local authority annual budgets.
