View answerCoillte Teoranta was established as a private commercial company under the Forestry Act, 1988 and day-to-day operational matters, such as the management of properties on their lands, are the responsibility of the company. The company has confirmed that Curraghchase House and Forest Park form part of the Coillte estate. In relation to the availability of grant assistance towards the restoration of stately houses, the provision of such grants does not fall within the remit of my Department.
