As no land parcels were declared, no payment can issue in respect of this 2012 Single Payment application. Following an internal review, which confirmed the position, the applicant subsequently lodged an appeal which is currently being processed in the Agriculture Appeals Office. The Appeals Office will advise the applicant of the outcome of the process.
