80. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the status of certain vacant properties (details supplied) in County Cork; if he will confirm the number that are in the ownership of the State; if any maintenance works are planned; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There are nine former Coastguard cottages in Crosshaven in State ownership, three of which are currently being used. The Office Of Public Works is currently exploring the possibility of disposing of the remaining six properties and it is envisaged that these properties will form part of a State Property disposal programme.
