481. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding a forestry aid application in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork; when a decision will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20262/13]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

An up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate is required from the applicant before the 2013 forestry premium can be paid. The Forest Service has written to the applicant outlining the requirement.
