Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if he will confirm having received a letter from an organisation (details supplied); if the leasing agreement required therein will be expedited and finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that I am in receipt of such correspondence. I have been informed that the draft lease agreement between the parties was issued by the lessee to the solicitors for the lessor yesterday, the 13th May 2013. On confirmation of their acceptance of the lease, the formal lease will be issued to them for execution.
