I propose to take Questions Nos. 719 and 720 together.

The issue raised by the Deputy is a matter for the Irish Aviation Authority, an Agency under the remit of my Department.  I have referred the Deputy's question to them for direct reply.  Please advise my private office if you do not receive a reply within ten working days.
