446. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if his Department has received an application from the Health Service Executive for co-funding for the provision of a Health Centre on Inishbofin, County Galway; and if they have, the current position in relation to the consideration of this application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Health Service Executive formally applied for funding for this project from my Department in 2008. However, due to a large number of commitments it had at the time, my Department was not in a position to fund the project. The position remains unchanged.
