The Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport is subject to specific legal obligations in Part 5 of the Disability Act 2005, which sets out a requirement to meet a target of 3% of employees with disabilities.

This target is currently being exceeded by my Department, with the total number of employees with disabilities currently at 23, representing 4.7% of the Department's workforce.
