View answerCoillte Teoranta was established as a private commercial company under the Forestry Act 1988 and day-to-day operational matters, such as the allocation and management of human resources, are the responsibility of the company. Coillte has advised that it does not employ staff to work exclusively at Donadea Forest, but that a number of staff cover the Kildare area, including Donadea. These include operational, resource and harvesting managers, technicians and forest workers.
